Although we carefully check each item before shipping, it is possible that we may have missed something. Exchanges or refunds is only offered for defective or damaged product upon delivery. We will assess any defects on a case by case basis.
If you have received a defective or damaged product, please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com - we are here for you! All exchanges/refunds must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the package. Upon review, we may offer an exchange/refund within 30 days of your purchase.
If an exchange is granted, your return shipping costs will be refunded in store credits with proof of receipt, up to a maximum of MYR 10 for West Malaysia and MYR 20 for East Malaysia. Registered mail is recommended.
However, no cash/credit card refunds are offered. We only offer a refund in terms of store credits.
