At The Chic Habitat, we are committed to preparing and delivering your orders as quickly and carefully as possible.

As many of our products are personalised or made to order, we kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order has been placed, we are generally unable to amend, combine or cancel it once production has begun.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

For personalised or customised products, additional production time may be required depending on the product and order quantity.

During peak periods, festive seasons or promotional campaigns, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)

We ship throughout Malaysia.

Estimated delivery times after your order has been dispatched are:

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 3–5 business days
  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): Up to 7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier operations and unforeseen circumstances.

Free Shipping

Free Standard Shipping within Peninsular Malaysia is available for orders with a minimum spend of RM100.

Same Day Delivery

Need your order urgently? We offer Same Day Delivery for selected orders, subject to the following conditions:

  • Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM (Malaysia Time).
  • Same Day Delivery isΒ subject to product availability and delivery coverage.
  • Express delivery charges apply.
  • Self-collection is also available if preferred.

If you require Same Day Delivery, please contact us via WhatsApp before placing your order so we can confirm availability.

International Shipping

We are pleased to ship to customers worldwide.

International shipping charges are automatically calculated during checkout based on the destination country, parcel weight and shipping method.

Please note:

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination.
  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.
  • The Chic Habitat is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local courier services.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available) so you can monitor your delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order.

The Chic Habitat will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
